A highly experimental lighting setup. I was going for the look of moonlight. The photo right out of the camera wasn't too bad. BW conversion using calculations in PS.

Not one of Roley's [link] ladies... but it will have to do for now.

The Canon D30.... the only camera in my bag!!!

i really like the use of this cute geisha doll, geishas themselves are art! u certainly accomplished the moonlight feel, it is hard for me to believe that it is artifical,
i am glad to see u are back!

this is very beautiful,although it seems to me that the light is a little too harsh for moonlight.that's probably just me though.

love this one. teh lighting and the nice sharpness and contrast are really helpfull to the piece Along with the pose the lighting conveys a good sense of emotion in the doll. nice.
